How Can You Know - Deneuve (4) - Untitled (CD, Album)

Vinyl, LP, Album, Reissue, g, Island Records ‎– Just got my copy ordered on Amazon. The sound is only decent and nothing more.

 · referencing Unbalance, CD, Album, TECCD UNBALANCE starts out in a factory, as the machines do their business. And it's not until the dubstep beats in the background start coming to the fore do you realize that the machines are made to dance/5().

 · Report. referencing Remedy, CD, Album, ASW , 0 2 3. Basement Jaxx’s first proper album comes out of the gate like gangbusters. There’s the trifecta of “Rendez-Vu,” “Yo-Yo,” and “Jump N’ Shout” followed by the funky and enigmatic “U Can’t Stop Me.”. The second half of the album, however, doesn’t show /5().

When Boris take their time to build on a theme you can't help but be carried along. Side A is a simple composition compared to other Boris outings but a great example of how their improvisation can create a mood which creeps up on you, lulls you in, then pleasantly surprises with perfectly placed lyrics and some grinding guitar heroics then a wall of noise in a locked groove to finish.

As you can imagine this is not an album I liked very much. Too noisy, too cliche (remember ABGS' bunker release boys and girls) and ultimately not very original, new, or engaging to hear. Each of the five pieces sound exactly like the other: rumble and stumble in the large dark void of an empty factory.
